Can this actually help with chronic stress and anxiety?

Chronic stress is a nervous system that's stuck in one gear. Somatic breathwork teaches your system how to move between states again. That's the actual mechanism behind why people report less reactivity, better sleep, and more room between a trigger and their response. see studies here

Do I need prior experience with breathwork or meditation?

No. The challenge is built as a low-friction entry point. Each session is guided. If you can breathe, you can do this.

What is the daily time requirement for practice?

The 5-day introductory protocol requires just 8-10 minutes per day. We designed this specifically for high-performing professionals who need maximum regulatory impact with minimal disruption to their schedule.
